I visited this clinic on Monday, which was a public holiday, and was pleasantly surprised that they were open. Prior to my visit, I made an appointment the day before and was given a slot immediately. The staff also took the time to explain the different treatment options covered by insurance and self-payment, which made everything very clear and straightforward. I arrived at 11:00 AM, registered as usual, and was attended to shortly after by Dr. Vani. She greeted me warmly and spent some time chatting with me about the treatment I wanted. One of the first things she asked was, "Are you nervous?"—which I definitely was! � 🙈 Dental visits have rarely been good experiences for me. However, Dr. Vani's communication skills were excellent. She explained each step of the procedure as she was doing it, which immediately put me at ease and gave me confidence throughout the treatment. She was also very gentle and never rough during the procedure. It truly felt like I was being treated by someone who is passionate about her profession and genuinely cares about her patients. As I am currently 24 weeks pregnant, lying in the dental chair for an extended period can sometimes be uncomfortable. Halfway through the treatment, Dr. Vani offered me a pillow to support my back. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. I didn't want to trouble anyone by asking, yet she noticed and thought of it herself. That level of attentiveness and care speaks volumes about her experience and compassion. Overall, I had a very positive experience with both the clinic and Dr. Vani. Professional, caring, gentle, and thoughtful—qualities that every patient hopes to find in a healthcare provider. Highly recommended.
